Day 1. West Coast/Beijing
Your journey to China begins when you board today's flight to Beijing.
Day 2. Beijing
Arrive in Beijing, you will be met and escorted to your deluxe hotel.
Day 3. Beijing (AB/L/DP)
The highlight today is a visit to the Great Wall, 40-miles north of Beijing. A walk along the enormous wall offers spectacular vistas of this mammoth fortress.a symbol of the Chinese ancient civilization. Also visit the Ming Tombs, the impressive underground palaces for 13 emperors of the Ming Dynasty. Tonight, enjoy a Welcome Beijing Duck Dinner Party.
Day 4. Beijing (AB/L/D)
Today's sightseeing includes the Forbidden City,its Imperial Palace a showcase of Ming treasures then the vast Tian An Men Square. Afternoon excursion takes you to the Temple of Heaven. In the evening, attend a acrobatic show.
Day 5. Beijing (AB/L/D)
Excursions today include a visit to the Beijing Zoo, then a tour to Summer Palace, a summer resort for Empress Dowager Ci Xi. Attractions there include the Long Corridor, Longevity Hill and Kunming Lake. Afternoon program takes you to the Tibetan Lama Temple.
Day 6. Beijing/Xian (AB/L/D)
Take a morning flight to Xian. Upon arrival, check in to your deluxe hotel. Sightseeing in the afternoon features the ancient City Wall, the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Bell Tower.
Day 7. Xian (AB/L/DS)
View the extraordinary 7,000 life-sized terra-cotta army, no two alike, buried for over 2200 years; Circle Vision Movie; Bronze Chariot. Afternoon, visit the Neolithic Village of Banpo. Also, on the way to the terra-cotta museum, you will be offered to visit farmer's home--"The Real McCoy" of the local's. Attend a Tang Dynasty Dinner show tonight.
Day 8. Xian/Guilin (AB/L/D)
Morning flight to Guilin, at heart of a magnificent landscape. Check into your deluxe hotel. In the afternoon, Then off to tour the Reed Flute Cave, Elephant Trunk Hill and Fobo Hill.
Day 9. Guilin (AB/L/D)
Today, enjoy a spectacular cruise down the Li River. The limestone rock formations and farm land scene along the way are something out of the world. Upon disembarking at Yangshuo, browse at the free market and then coach back to Guilin.
Day 10. Guilin/Guangzhou (AB/L/DP)
Wing on to Guangzhou this morning and transfer to your deluxe hotel. Enjoy a city tour, covering such attractions as Dr. Sun Yet-Sen Memorial Hall and Chen Clan Ancestors Temple, etc. Attend a Farewell Dinner Party in tonight.
Day 11. Guangzhou/Hong Kong/West Coast (AB)
Morning train to Hong Kong, so you can connect with your flight back to the U.S. ( Optional Hong Kong arrangements can be made per your request.)
